Effects of Economic and Health Factors on Life Satisfaction of Single Parents` Household

Abstract
This study was to investigate a single-parent household economic status and life satisfaction level, compared with the case of dual parents and look at the main and moderating effect of economic and health on life satisfaction. The results show that employment status and living arrangements of the head of household, such as well as health status, turned out to be a significant impact on life satisfaction directly. Household equalized income could strengthen or weaken the health impact in process of affecting life satisfaction in single-parent households, while showing a statistically significant result. If single-parent welfare programs for the financial support of the household can be strengthened by adding newly implemented programs to improve the living environment and employment type of household members.
